Why we don’t do size exchanges

Every piece exists once, so we can’t swap it for another size. That’s why each listing has exact measurements; please check them before you buy.

When we refund

If your piece arrives with a flaw we didn’t disclose, or measurements that are off by more than 1 inch, message us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a pickup and refund you in full.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after the item reaches us. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
