Are the clothes clean and in good condition?
Every piece is washed, inspected seam by seam and graded from Fair to Like New. Any flaw we find is listed on the product page with details.
How do I find my size in thrift clothes?
Check the exact measurements on each listing instead of the tag size. Lay a piece you love flat, measure it the same way and compare. Our size guide shows how.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India for ₹49 extra. You can also pay by UPI, card or net banking.
When do new drops go live?
Every Saturday at 7PM IST. Join the drop list to get the link 30 minutes early.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Every piece is one of a kind, so we don’t do size exchanges. If something arrives with a flaw we didn’t list, message us within 3 days for a full refund.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship in 1 to 2 days and arrive in 3 to 7 working days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.
